This unisex bag is part of the Soft Game bag family. The Small Soft Game is made of a slightly fluffy-nylon canvas treated with a water-repellent finish - GRS certified. Its wadded fabric gives the bag a matte surface and a sturdy structure which holds its shape over time. Inspired by the Croissant bag, it is lightweight yet functional thanks to its padded adjustable strap and its interior zipped pocket

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Center to fill in the order number and email address and request the return, you will receive a DHL return label by email once we approve your request, then please follow the instruction to ship or arrange a collection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition.
Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand and MINOX tags still attached.

Please note all the home collection products (such as candles, wall plate, diffuser, coaster, or any other ceramic products.) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Quick Delivery and Good Quality

The delivery was very fast, just took 2-3 days to east Asia, and the packaging was nice too, which contains the dusk bag, the product care card (but not sure why it has Chinese at the back) and product label. Love the bag, the colour is great, sometimes look different due to the amount of light. The bag is light, can carry all of my daily stuff, and didn't get tired after a day of walking.
