Recently discovered the boutique when I was trying to locate a specific product. I cannot lie I purchased because of a discount code, not knowing what to expect. I couldn’t be more delighted, my item was despatched the same day, with next day delivery (which was also free) My parcel arrived, it was well packaged and had been carefully folded and wrapped. I will definitely look forward to shopping with Minox again, especially because of the loyalty point system, who doesn’t love to be rewarded for being a repeat customer!

Everything was great, fast delivery

Very quick dispatch of order, very responsive customer service. The reason I'm giving Minox 4 and not 5 star are the big plastic tags they use to prevent people abusing returns. While I understand the need, I wished they would use something more environmentally friendly or resusable eg the tags are designed in a way that they can be sent back to Minox for them to re-use.

Fantastic customer service and very quick delivery, will definitely try and use Minox before I look anywhere else.
