Do points to spend expire?
No, points can be valid. However, to keep your points active within this long time period, you must earn points at least once every 12 months.
Will I get my points back if I cancel my order?
If you use your account balance points to redeem a monetary value and subsequently cancel the order, the points will not be refunded.
Furthermore, whether the shopping points generated by your current order are credited to your account depends on the following two scenarios:
1. If the order is "Refunded," the system will automatically deduct all points originally awarded for that order.
2. If a partial refund is issued for the order, the system will deduct only the points corresponding to the refunded portion.
