Please visit our Returns Center to fill in the order number and email address and request the return, you will receive a DHL return label by email once we approve your request, then please follow the instruction to ship or arrange a collection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition.
Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand and MINOX tags still attached.

Please note all the home collection products (such as candles, wall plate, diffuser, coaster, or any other ceramic products.) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
