How do I make an order?
Shopping at minoxboutique.co.uk is easy:
First of all, we strongly suggest you register with us to keep all of your orders on track and easy to return or exchange. Working with "SHOP" in the UK is more convenient ever, if you registered with them before, simply login with your information.
For the first time user, please register with your email and you will receive a verification code for login. All history and track information are in your account.
Use the brands or categories link to the product you would like to view, and it will tell you about the size and stock. Click add to the shopping cart, and view your bag to make any changes.
Then, fill in the address and select the payment method you would use to complete your order.
Can I place an order without registering?
Yes you can make a purchase without registering, however we strongly suggest you register with us to track your order and review past purchases. All purchase amount will collected into your rewards account.
Is my personal information kept private?
We take data protection seriously, your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.
How do I create an account?
You can create a new account by clicking on my account, located in the upper right corner of the page. Clicking the respected area to fill in the requested information, such as name, email address and create a password. You can change your personal information at any time, this information is confidential and will not be shared to thrid parties.
Where can I view the status of my order?
You can log into your account to view the order status. An email will be sent once we receive your order and when we ship it. If you have your order number and email address you can also check the shipping status via this page.
When will my order be shipped?
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) following the order’s completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may take longer.

Can I add an item to an already completed order?
Unfortunately, we can not add items to a completed order. You can send us an email to discuss more.

Does MINOX Boutique sell authentic items?
MINOX boutique is an authorised retailer for all brands present on the website and in our boutique in Oxford, UK. We guarantee 100% of our products are authentic.
Are all items brand new and in original packaging?
Yes — all products sold at MINOX Boutique Oxford are 100% brand new, authentic, and sourced directly from brands, We are authorised retailer for all brands we carry. Each item comes with its original packaging, such as dust bags, boxes, or tags, exactly as provided by the brand. We do not sell used, second-hand, or outlet products. (For end of season sale items may missing packages).
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All the available stock will display on the product page, while some of the brands we only allow to sell in-store due to the agreement with the brands. We are unable to predict if an item will be restocked, you can add your desired product to the ‘wishlist’ and we will inform you once the item is back in stock.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
Our quality control department will guarantee all items will be checked and verified before shipping. If you have received a defective item, please email info@minoxboutique.co.uk at your first convenience, specifying the order number, and item code, along with photos and security tags in order to assess the defect.
Please note that items that have been damaged because of normal wear and tear, improper use or by accident, are not considered defective items.
How can I receive promotions?
Please join our rewards program and subscribe to our newsletter to receive emails about all the latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers and promotions.
Why is the promotional code not applicable to my purchase?
The promotion code is valid for a certain amount of time and date and it cannot be used in conjunction with one another code. MINOX Boutique reserves the right to end promotions or change its terms and conditions at any time.
What size should I wear?

Delivery
UK Delivery
We use DHL Express for all UK deliveries. Orders placed before
3pm on weekdays (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and sales events) are
dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
Most UK deliveries arrive next day or within 2 business days.
During high-demand periods (e.g., sales events), delivery times may extend
slightly due to increased order volumes. For more information please read our shipping policy
International Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically during checkout. Please note that taxes, customs duties, or import fees (applicable to some countries) will be added during checkout. We will pay for the fees to your customs on your behave by the term of DDP.
For returns, we are unable to refund original shipping costs or any duties/taxes paid. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. For full details, visit our Delivery & Returns page.
How do you package luxury items for shipping?
Every order from MINOX Boutique Oxford is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure your luxury items arrive in perfect condition. Products are placed in their original designer boxes or dust bags, then wrapped with tissue paper and protective materials inside our branded packaging. All parcels are fully trackable, reflecting the same level of care and attention to detail you’d receive in our boutique.
What if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
DHL will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collect from a local depot. Additional delivery attempts may incur fees from DHL..
How can track my order?
Yes! Once dispatched, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number via email to monitor your parcel in real time. Also, you will receive an email from us to track the parcels all the way to your hand and you can check the status in our Track Shipping Page.
Which products cannot be shipped outside the UK?
There're current restrictions on shipping some home furnitures, you will need to contact us before place the order.
Are local taxes and duties included in the product price?
All taxes and duties will be calculated on the checkout process and we will pay the duty to your customs on your behalf.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the items being delivered in their original condition. Please view detail on the Return page. From April 2025, we will charge the return shipping fee. £8 for UK domestic and depends on actual cost for the international order.
Can I check my return status?
You can check the status of your return by using the tracking number found in the return instruction. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 7 days to process by our warehouse, and you will receive a refund/return confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund?
Once our warehouse received and verified the returned items. We will send a return confirmation email and it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be shown on your account, due to bank processing time.
What are the shipment costs for a return?
We will charge £8 returns from the UK whilst return shipping cost from outside of the UK will depend on the shipping country and we do not refund import duty/VAT.
