Ganni (pronounced GAH-NEE) is a Danish fashion brand. It was founded by Copenhagen gallerist Frans Truelsen in the year 2000—although it was far from the label we know and love today. Initially, Ganni was all about creating the perfect cashmere sweater, but in 2009, husband and wife Nicolaj and Ditte Reffstrup took over and set out to scale the company.Ganni is a contemporary ready-to-wear fashion brand for women known for bold and expressive styles that exude optimism. In the past years, the brand has gained a cult-status among fashion lovers with their cheerful designs full of color.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Center to fill in the order number and email address and request the return, you will receive a DHL return label by email once we approve your request, then please follow the instruction to ship or arrange a collection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition.
Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand and MINOX tags still attached.

Please note all the home collection products (such as candles, wall plate, diffuser, coaster, or any other ceramic products.) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs and customs duty and tax if the orders ship out of the UK. We will charge £8 for all UK restocking and shipping cost.
