Perpetual details, such as our black lacquered Costa edging; our fine, handpainted Inchiostro lines; and our famous shade of Pergamena white have endured as our discreet yet distinctive signatures.Our commitment to engineering beauty in order to conceive meaningful everyday objects of desire dates back to Fontana. An engineer, an explorer and an entrepreneur, he incorporated floor-to-ceiling windows into the architecture of the original Valextra atelier on Via San Babila 1 so he could observe the everyday commutes of the Milanese and anticipate pieces that would fuse everyday function with aesthetic finesse. This objective continues to be our modus operandi. As a result, a Valextra design is defined by its timeliness, encapsulating our constant endeavour to create essential and versatile items that embody urban craft.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Center to fill in the order number and email address and request the return, you will receive a DHL return label by email once we approve your request, then please follow the instruction to ship or arrange a collection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition.
Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand and MINOX tags still attached.

Please note all the home collection products (such as candles, wall plate, diffuser, coaster, or any other ceramic products.) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs and customs duty and tax if the orders ship out of the UK. We will charge £8 for all UK restocking and shipping cost.
