We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us through our return portal or info@minoxboutique.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@minoxboutique.co.uk.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@minoxboutique.co.uk.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, we accept refunds if returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition, you received them in. We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition. Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand and MINOX tags still attached. Please do not remove the MINOX tag unless you are 100% satisfied with your order. In doing so our return conditions will be void and we will be unable to refund your order. Please note all the home collection products (such as hand washing, candles, wall plate, diffuser, coaster, or any other ceramic products.) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The customer is kindly invited to carefully follow the return policy, briefly summed up below. Item(s) can be returned only for the following reasons: refund and color/size exchange. Item(s) must be returned in its(their) original conditions, neatly packed, and with the return tag still attached. The returned item(s) should have not been worn, washed, or altered. The shoes’ soles must be returned in perfect condition and should not show any use signs. Item(s) must be returned with its (their) original tag, wrapping, and other accessories (dustbag and covers, etc.) received in the box. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging that should not be damaged or altered or used as the packing box for shipment. In case of a defective item, or an incorrect item following a mistake attributed to minoxboutique.co.uk, the customer is kindly asked to follow the same return instructions. Also, the customer is asked to attach detailed pictures proving the defect or the mistake. In these cases, shipping costs and duty and tax fees will be at the expense of minoxboutique.co.uk. Returns will have to be packed in the same box sent by minoxboutique.co.uk and should have a copy of the invoice inside.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

UK returns are via our shipping provider DHL. To return an item or order please go to our Returns Centre, fill in the Order number and related E-mail address, and finish the request form. We will send you a DHL return label by E-mail if we approve the request. Please note that all UK domestic returns will be charged a fee of £8 per order, which will be deducted from your total refund.

For any international returns, please email info@minoxboutique.co.uk and we will send you the return label in due course. Please note that the return shipping cost for international returns will be equal to the original outbound shipping fee of your order, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Print off the returns label and attach it to the box your order shipped in and deposit it at a DHL Service Point. To find your nearest DHL Service Point please follow this link: https://parcel.dhl.co.uk/dhl-service-point/find-your-nearest/ Or ring DHL 08442480844 in the UK to arrange a collection at your convenience time. All returns must use the shipping label MINOX has provided. Failure to comply will result in your refund request being rejected.

Once we have received your order it will be inspected to ensure it meets all our returns criteria. It will normally take about 10 working days. Once approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Funds will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please be aware that there may be delays to funds being released into your account. This is due to varying process times by banks and payment providers. Please note that we are unable to refund any original shipping costs, import duties, or taxes for orders placed outside of the UK.
