Minoxboutique.co.UK processes orders in Oxford, the UK from Monday to Friday(excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 3 pm GMT will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed after 3 pm GMT Friday and at weekends will be shipped the following Monday – excluding bank holidays.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties which the customer will be held responsible for.
Orders may be delivered to an alternative address other than the billing address. Once your order has been confirmed and fulfilled the shipping address cannot be altered. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and are only a guide.

We are not responsible for any delays due to orders being undeliverable or customs clearance (outside the EU).
Orders that are undeliverable will be returned to us, and any costs incurred due to undeliverable orders may be charged to the customers.

We aim to deliver between 1-2 business days for all the UK addresses. 2-4 working days for all the other European addresses, and 3-7 working days for to rest of the world.
