The love of tailoring and dedication to dresses is deep rooted.In 1850 Marina Rinaldi, the founder’s great grandmother, owned and managed a major workshop in the centre of Reggio Emilia: an artisanal business whose attention to detail and finishes truly stood out. This almost visceral passion was later passed on to her granddaughter, Giulia Fontanesi Maramotti, who began teaching herself sewing and patternmaking in 1925, publishing a series of volumes dedicated to the “theory of cutting”.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Center to fill in the order number and email address and request the return, you will receive a DHL return label by email once we approve your request, then please follow the instruction to ship or arrange a collection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition.
Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand and MINOX tags still attached.

Please note all the home collection products (such as candles, wall plate, diffuser, coaster, or any other ceramic products.) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs and customs duty and tax if the orders ship out of the UK. We will charge £8 for all UK restocking and shipping cost.
